Hummus

Just add water to this freeze-dried, vegetarian and gluten-free hummus pouch. For a classic chickpea dip on the go. Pair with veggies for a great snack. Perfect after and wonderful afternoon on the hiking trails.

 Preparation instructions:

1. Open the product pouch and remove the oxygen absorber.
2. Prepare in the package or transfer contents to a suitable container.
3. Add 1.6 cups (360 ml) of cold water.
4. Stir for two minutes until smooth paste consistency.
5. Reseal the pouch or cover the container, and let sit for 10 minutes.
6. Stir again, and enjoy your food!
